1 Scope & Eligibility

Welcome to fuje9. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the fuje9 website, mobile app, and all related services. By creating an account or using the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Using the platform without reading or understanding these Terms means any complaints raised later may not be accepted. We encourage you to take a moment and read through everything carefully.

Fuje9 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, a notice will be posted on the platform along with the date of the latest update. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Account Register

Registration on fuje9 is completely free. However, the following conditions must be met when opening an account:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Single account: Each person may register only one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts may result in all of them being permanently closed.
• Accurate Information: All information provided at registration must be accurate and your own. Opening an account using false or someone else's details is not permitted.
• Password Security: It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. You should not share your password with anyone.
• Contact Details: Register with an active phone number and email address, as they will be used for verification and important notifications.

Fuje9 reserves the right to decline any registration request, particularly if the information provided appears inaccurate or the user has previously been banned.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Fuje9 is a secure and transparent platform, which is why we follow the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Identity verification is mandatory before making withdrawals or conducting transactions above a certain amount.

For identity verification, you may be required to submit one of the following government-issued IDs:

• National ID Card (NID) — Clear photos of both sides
• Passport — Photo of the information page
• Driving License — Photos of both sides

A utility bill or bank statement (no older than 3 months) may also be requested to verify your address.

Withdrawals may be held up until KYC verification is complete. We recommend completing KYC as soon as you register to avoid any delays.

4 Deposits & withdrawals

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — funds can only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name.

• In the event of suspicious transactions, fuje9 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold pending verification.

5 Betting Rules

The following betting rules apply to all users on fuje9:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Review the odds and details carefully before placing a bet.
• Pre-match bets are accepted up until the event begins. Live betting allows you to place bets while the match is in progress.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, fuje9 reserves the right to void the bet or recalculate it at the correct odds.
• Unusual betting patterns detected on an account may be subject to investigation.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or not completed under the standard rules, the bet may be voided and the stake refunded.
• If evidence of match fixing or use of insider information is found, winnings will be forfeited.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Fuje9 regularly offers attractive bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, so please read them carefully before claiming any bonus:

• Welcome bonus: For new members only, on first deposit. Each user is eligible once.
• Wagering requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, a specified wagering requirement must be met (typically 10x–30x the bonus amount).
• Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry date. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games or categories. Using them on other games may result in the bonus being voided.
• Multiple accounts: If multiple accounts from the same person or device are found claiming bonuses, all associated accounts will be closed.
• At fuje9's discretion: fuje9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fuje9 platform. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance:

• Using a false identity or someone else's information
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or scripts
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
• Attempting to access another user's account
• Betting based on match fixing or insider information
• Multiple family members attempting to claim bonuses from the same device
• Operating an account on behalf of another person or participating in professional betting syndicates

9 Account closure

Fuje9 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions
• If fraud or deception is suspected
• If you refuse to complete KYC verification
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• At the user's own request

If you wish to close your account, please contact the support team. If you have a valid balance, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it before the account is closed.

If an inactive account shows no activity for an extended period, fuje9 may deduct a fixed maintenance fee each month. You will be notified in advance by email.

10 Limitation of Liability

Fuje9 always strives to deliver the highest quality service. However, our liability is limited in certain situations:

• Fuje9 is not responsible for missed bets due to internet connectivity issues or device problems.
• Fuje9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Betting services may be temporarily unavailable during unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
• If a user's account credentials (password) are compromised, full responsibility lies with the user.

11 Changes to Terms & Conditions

Fuje9 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:
